Window Shrouds Fabrication and Installation

This project involves surface preparation and top coating of new aluminium window shrouds where visible weld lines required filling and fairing to achieve a smooth finish. The coated finish was colour-matched to the existing installed shrouds on site.

Works included two 3159mm shrouds and two 955mm shrouds, with all surfaces finished in Delfeet topcoat (Coal Dust), covered by a 10-year paint warranty.

Initial site prep was carried out ahead of full application, with weather conditions monitored to ensure a clean, controlled finish.
